Job description
REMISE ROSA – A place to linger! A new city garden is blooming in Zurich's Kreis 4. Remise Rosa combines nature, architecture, and culture into a nest that is constantly evolving. - Sales and advice on beverages, snacks, and food at the bar
- Correct operation of the cash register and EC terminals
- Preparation of cocktails and other drinks
- Carrying out cleaning work at the bar and on the entire premises
- Compliance and implementation of all hygiene guidelines according to HACCP, including completion of the relevant checklists
- Preparation of mise en place for daily and evening operations
- Preparation and follow-up for events (setup and dismantling work)
- Catering for aperitifs
- Stocking the bar, storage, and back office
- Receiving guest feedback
- Supporting runners as needed
