Job description
The Carlton Restaurant & Bar on Zurich's Bahnhofstrasse combines high-quality culinary experiences and well-being. In our elegant boutique restaurant, we serve GaultMillau-awarded dishes, while innovative cocktails are mixed at the bar and over 900 varieties await our guests in the in-house wine cellar.

Starting September 1, 2026, or by arrangement, we are looking for:
BAR/SERVICE STAFF for daytime operations 50% (A)
- Passionate mixologist with sound bar know-how
- Several years of service experience and enjoyment of guest contact
- Charming, friendly personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Reliable and independent way of working
- Very good German and English skills
- Centrally located workplace in the heart of Zurich
