Bar Person

We are recruiting a charismatic and professional Bar Person to join the front-of-house team at a prestigious 4* hotel and estate set in breathtaking Scottish countryside. If you love crafting cocktails, delivering warm Highland hospitality and working with premium spirits, this is your chance to shine in an elegant, high-volume bar.

The Role

• Full-time, permanent (5 days from 7, mix of straight & split shifts)
• Prepare and serve classic & signature cocktails, wines, whiskies and craft beers
• Engage guests with knowledgeable, friendly service
• Maintain immaculate bar standards, stock rotation and cash handling
• Support events, private dinners and seasonal pop-ups

About You

• 1+ years’ bar experience in a quality hotel, restaurant or premium venue
• Confident mixologist with flair for presentation
• WSET Level 1/2 or equivalent an advantage
• Excellent personal grooming and communication skills
• Flexible, proactive and calm under pressure

What We Offer

• Salary: £28,000 per annum
• Service charge: typically £4,000–£6,000 p.a. (paid monthly)
