Bar Mixologist

Main responsibilities include:

• To assume responsibility for the quality of drinks and guest experience.
• To present, create, design, and propose new drink menus for different consumption centers, make specific recommendations, and answer questions related to drinks.
• Responsible for the quality of drinks in different consumption centers.
• Responsible for the creative and innovative part of drinks in consumption centers.

Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3 years in a luxury hotel setting.
• Conversational English.
• Excellent communication skills, both with guests and colleagues.
• Able to interact with guests during cocktail classes.
• Oriented towards details.
• Flexible and able to effectively adjust to important changes in work tasks or the work environment.
• Advanced knowledge of service standards for LQA and FORBES.
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage handling hygiene.
