Job Description
You’ll run the bar like it’s yours. From the way it feels when guests walk in, to what’s in the glass, to how the team shows up every shift.
Being an expert mixologist with creative flare there is no limits!
You will:
- Create a bar atmosphere that’s buzzing, social, and unapologetically cool
- Lead a high-energy team who actually love what they do
- Curate drinks, menus, and moments that stand out (no boring lists here)
- Balance creativity with commercial smarts, margins matter
- Be visible, hands-on, and right in the mix
- The host with the most at their fingertips, creating epic events for our social hub
