BAR MANAGER - (Sevilla)

Companies: Serras Collection We are hiring! We find ourselves in the search for a Bar Manager for the upcoming opening of our exclusive 5*GL hotel Serras Sevilla, located in the heart of the capital. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Bar, Rooftop, and beverage service. • Lead, train, and motivate the team of bartenders and waiters/waitresses. • Ensure excellence in service and customer attention. • Design and develop cocktail menus and proposals for drinks. • Manage inventory, ordering, and storage of beverages and supplies. • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment. • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. • Participate in training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. • Perform other duties as required.
