Job description
Responsibilities: Manage the overall operations of the bar in a restaurant, specializing in wine. Oversee the bar staff and ensure excellent customer service. Create and update the bar menu, focusing on a wide variety of wine options. Maintain the bar inventory and monitor stock levels. Train and educate the bar staff on wine knowledge and service techniques. Implement strategies to attract customers and increase bar revenue. Monitor and control operational costs, including beverage inventory management, labor costs, and supplies. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and courteous service to guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
