Bar Manager - Paradisus Salinas Lanzarote - (Las Palmas)

Companies: Meliá Hotels International MISSION: Organizes and supervises the activities of bar staff at the hotel to ensure optimal quality in the service offered to the customer, compliance with economic, quality, labor climate, personnel development, and operational objectives of the hotel. FUNCTIONS: Watches over the implementation, at the hotel bars, of the company's F&B strategy, rules, and procedures (products, orders, service standards, SOPs). Watches over the implementation of a system for monitoring and controlling the inventory of products and supplies in the bars. Develops and implements plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies. Coordinates and supervises the work of bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Analyzes sales data and makes recommendations for improving revenue and profitability. Maintains a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and management. Develops and maintains effective relationships with suppliers and partners. Participates in the development and implementation of new concepts and ideas for F&B services. Ensures that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.
