What You Will Do: * Lead and develop the bar team, ensuring excellent customer service and drink quality. * Manage bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and cost control. * Create and maintain a positive and fun work environment. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. * Train and mentor bar staff on cocktail preparation, service standards, and product knowledge. * Develop and implement bar promotions and specials. * Monitor and analyze bar sales and performance. * Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
