Influences from beloved bars from around the world have been woven together to create Sunset’s tapestry of inspiration; one thread from a bustling rooftop terrace in Mumbai, one from a speakeasy in Budapest, another from a hotel bar on Manhattan’s High Line. A delicious cocktail of global influences, cultures and talents come together to create this popular space. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of Sunset Bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality drinks are delivered. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. • Manage a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team goals. • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop menus, promotions, and events that drive sales and customer engagement. • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. • Participate in inventory management, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards. • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall Sunset Bar experience. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as a senior bartender. • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, priorities, and deadlines.
