Bar & Barman Responsible

Staff Spa, a subsidiary of Lucca, is seeking a Bar & Barman Responsible to join their team at a client's restaurant located in Montecarlo. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of the bar area, including coordinating a team of 4-5 resources and ensuring a high-quality service throughout the day. The role requires alternating shifts - morning shift: managing breakfast and lunch, evening shift: managing aperitifs and serving dinner. The responsibilities include managing the complete bar service during different moments of the day, coordinating the team of bartenders and waiters, supervising the service and customer reception, preparing coffee, cocktails, and aperitifs, and organizing orders and controlling inventory. Eventual cash handling is also required. The ideal candidate will have consolidated experience as a bartender or bar manager, excellent communication and relational skills, knowledge of main mixing techniques and beverage trends, and basic knowledge of wines and table service. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work on shifts are also essential. Knowledge of the English language (preferable) is also required.
