As Banquet Sales Specialist, you are the link between the client's wishes and the actual execution.

• From inquiry to invoice: you guide clients in successfully organizing their meeting or event;
• You do more than just accept reservations; you think along with the client and sell them that extra bit of service and luxury;
• You follow up on requests, give tours, write tailored offers, and process bookings in the system;
• You ensure that the operational team is fully aware of the client's wishes;
• Aftrwards, you take care of a thorough after-sales and keep the contacts warm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaged colleague who wants to be the visiting card of this castle. But who are you?

Your Profile:

• You have at least an MBO education in the direction of facilitative service provision, commerce, and/or hotel management;
• You are commercially driven and customer-oriented;
• You are flexible and creative;
• You enjoy variety, are quick to understand, and seek creative solutions for every challenge;
• You are a team player, enthusiastic, and representative in word and appearance;
• You speak multiple languages; good proficiency in the English language is a requirement, and German is a plus.

This position offers:

• A attractive salary around €3000 gross per month, taking into account your knowledge and experience;
• Working hours: you work during office hours;
• Nice discount for you on overnight stays & 20% discount on food and drinks at all hotels in this chain;
• 25 vacation days and 8% vacation allowance.
