Banquet Manager

As a Banquet Manager, you will be at the heart of creating extraordinary experiences for our guests. From intimate gatherings to grand events of over a thousand guests, you will ensure every detail reflects the elegance and service excellence of our luxury standards. This role combines leadership, precision, and a passion for hospitality, guiding a dedicated team while coordinating with culinary and service professionals to deliver flawless events that exceed expectations. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and inspire the banquet team, ensuring the highest standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Recruit, train, and develop colleagues to maintain excellence in execution and uphold hotel standards.
• Oversee the planning and execution of banquet set-ups, food and beverage service, and event logistics for gatherings of all sizes.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Culinary Team to deliver exceptional dining experiences tailored to each event.
• Conduct regular inspections of banquet facilities, equipment, and presentation, addressing deficiencies promptly to maintain a polished environment.
• Act as the primary liaison with clients before, during, and after events, ensuring seamless communication and delivering personalized, memorable experiences.
• Manage administrative functions including accurate billing, scheduling, gratuity distribution, and event documentation.
• Support financial performance and departmental goals while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction, health, and safety.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, recognition, and continuous improvement through coaching and leading by example.
