Private Banker (Mexico City, South Zone)

You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of clients in the segment, through strategies defined by the Directorate of Wealth and Private Network. You will increase the client base while maintaining their loyalty and achieving effective promotion of Banking and Brokerage products and services, offering excellent quality personalized attention and service to our clients.

What you will do:

• Carry out activities for the effective promotion and sale of the range of products and services of Wealth Banking and the BBVA Group.
• Permanently increase the portfolio of profitable clients in the Wealth segment.
• Manage the clients assigned to your portfolio, seeking to increase their loyalty to the bank by selling a greater number of products and services that meet their needs.
• Attend to and provide prompt solutions to any complaints from clients assigned to your portfolio.
• Maintain and update the file of each of the clients assigned to your portfolio.
• Guide your attention, seeking to offer them the benefits that the BBVA Outperformance Model provides in terms of strategies and recommendations for managing their wealth.
• Act as a liaison manager between clients and various financial and non-financial business areas.
• Satisfy the global investment needs of HNWI clients, through the design of tailor-made portfolios, adequately planning the strategy of the managed portfolios.

If you have:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance.
• Master's degree (desirable).
• AMIB Figure 3 certification with CNBV authorization.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Private Banking and/or the financial sector.
• Knowledge of Private and Personal Banking products.
• Knowledge of investment models, investment funds, and personal, private, and mortgage credit.
• Knowledge in the administrative management of portfolios.
• Knowledge of stock markets and financial products.
• Knowledge of banking entries and accounting.
• Knowledge of foreign currencies, derivatives, macroeconomics, and profitability.
• Results-oriented work capacity.
• Negotiation and objection handling skills.
• Customer service-oriented skills.
• Proficiency in price administration tools for investments (fixed price module and foreign module).
