Objective of the Position: Responsible for providing effective support to Wealth Management and Private Banking bankers in their area of action, achieving commercial objectives established for each one through high-quality attention and timely service to clients assigned to that segment. Description of the Area The Wealth Management is characterized by being part of a specialized service within the banking sector, directed at high-net-worth clients, where through a comprehensive approach, we offer tailored solutions to meet their financial needs, providing personalized advice and investment opportunities. Key responsibilities: Provide support to bankers in their daily activities, ensuring that they have all the necessary information and resources to achieve their objectives; Develop and maintain relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences, and offering customized solutions; Collaborate with other departments to ensure the provision of high-quality services to clients; Analyze market trends and financial data to identify opportunities for growth and development; Participate in training and professional development programs to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration); Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking sector or related field; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Knowledge of financial markets and instruments; Certification in a relevant area (e.g. CFP, CFA) is an asset.
