We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Bank Representative / Customer Advisor (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• As Bank Representative / Customer Advisor (m/w/d), you will advise and counsel private and corporate customers on all matters related to financing, investment, provision, and payment transactions.
• You will recognize individual customer needs and develop tailored financial solutions to build long-term customer relationships.
• You will conduct account consultations, investment discussions, and credit applications, and accompany your customers competently through all phases of the banking business.
• In addition, you will actively participate in customer acquisition, customer retention, and sales activities to achieve sales targets.
• You will bring your expertise also into digitalization topics and process optimizations in customer service to ensure modern and efficient workflows.

Qualification

• You hold a completed training as Bank Representative (m/w/d), Financial Assistant (m/w/d), Savings Bank Representative (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification in the financial sector.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge in the areas of private customer business, financial consulting, credit services, and investment products.
• If desired, you already have experience in customer counseling at a bank or savings bank.
• You are characterized by a secure, friendly demeanor, a strong service orientation, and joy in dealing with people.
• You stand out with very good German language skills.
