Bank Clerk - as a Credit Specialist (m/f/d)

What you do with us

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparison.
• You support our customers from the initial contact to the contract conclusion and assist them in all phases.
• With your intuition and a good needs analysis, you'll find out what your customers really need and help them find the optimal loan offer.
• Support our customers in fulfilling their wishes, all without cold calling, as all our customers have actively left their data with us.
• With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday.

This is you

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail).
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone.
• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic.
• You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us.
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship.
