To strengthen our sales team of nearly 100 finance professionals, we are looking for you starting immediately, full-time, as a:

Bank Clerk - as a Credit Specialist (m/f/d)

What you'll do with us

• You are the first point of contact for our customers and advise them by phone and in writing on loan comparison.
• You will support our customers from the initial contact through to the contract conclusion and assist them in all phases.
• With your intuition and good needs analysis, you will find out what your customers really need and help them get the optimal loan offer.
• Support our customers in fulfilling their wishes, and all without cold calling, because all our customers have actively left their data with us.
• With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday.

This is you

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, or retail)
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone
• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic
• You are eager to develop yourself, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
