Together with your future Kolleg*innen, you advise our Kund*innen around the topic of Konsumentenkredite and fulfill their greatest Wünsche daily. Your Role bei uns

• You are the first Ansprechperson for our Kund*innen and advise them telefonisch and schriftlich during the Kreditvergleich
• You accompany your Kund*innen from Erstkontakt to Vertragsabschluss and support them in all Phasen
• With a gründlichen Bedarfsanalyse, you find out what our Kund*innen really need and help them find the optimal Kreditangebot
• You support our Kunden in fulfilling their Wünsche and do so without Kaltakquise, as all our Kunden actively leave their Daten bei uns
• Thanks to our modern Kommunikationstools and digital Abschlussmöglichkeiten of our Partner, nothing stands in the way of an efficient Arbeitsalltag

• You have already erste Erfahrung im Kund*innenkontakt (e.g. Vertrieb, Sales, Telesales or Verkauf)
• You are a Kommunikationstalent and convince through your offene and professionelle Art am Telefon
• You distinguish yourself through a hohe Zuverlässigkeit und eine engagierte Arbeitsweise aus
