Together with your future Kolleg*innen, you advise our Kund*innen around the topic of Konsumentenkredite and fulfill daily their greatest Wünsche. At us, an open Kultur with flat Hierarchien, strong Teams, and enough Raum, to bring yourself in can be found. We from FINANZCHECK.de ensure that all our Mitarbeiter*innen find the right place for themselves, because at us stands the Mensch im Mittelpunkt.

Deine Rolle bei uns

• You are the first Ansprechperson for our Kund*innen and advise them telephonically and in writing during the Kreditvergleich
• You accompany your Kund*innen from Erstkontakt to Vertragsabschluss and support them in all Phasen
• With a thorough Bedarfsanalyse, you find out what our Kund*innen really need and help them find the optimal Kreditangebot
• You support our Kunden in fulfilling their Wünsche and do so without Kaltakquise, as all our Kunden actively leave their Daten behind at us
• Thanks to our modern Kommunikationstools and digital Abschlussmöglichkeiten of our Partner, nothing stands in the way of an efficient Arbeitsalltag

• You have already gained erste Erfahrung im Kund*innenkontakt (e.g. Vertrieb, Sales, Telesales or Verkauf)
• You are a Kommunikationstalent and convince through your open and professional Art am Telefon
• You distinguish yourself by a hohe Zuverlässigkeit und eine engagierte Arbeitsweise aus
• You have Lust dich weiterzuentwickeln, bring much Motivation with you, and want to start together with us
• You master German fluently in Wort and Schrift
• You ideally possess a completed kaufmännische Ausbildung
