You are the point of contact for employees of the cooperative banks regarding 'LBS topics'.

You train and coach the cooperative bank employees professionally and sales-wise.

You advise and sell building savings and financing products from LBS Hessen-Thüringen in the cooperative bank.

You develop sales ideas that you implement together with the cooperative bank employees.

Qualification

Your profile:

A training or study in the field of banking or the trade license according to § 34i GewO

Readiness for registration and application for permission according to §§ 14, 34c, and 34i GewO

Experience in selling financing and building savings solutions, experience in bank sales is advantageous

Able to inspire people for sales ideas and convince them

Empathetic, communicative, organizational talent
