You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and develop tailored financing solutions. Your tasks will include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients; • Conducting credit checks and analyzing financial data; • Creating customized financing concepts and proposals; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, such as our loan processing team, to ensure efficient processing of applications; • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that client needs are met; • Staying up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to continuously improve your knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate should have: • A degree in business administration or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in construction financing; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
