Responsibilities

Your Area of Responsibility

• Exciting projects at renowned banks and the development of our own analysis platform finwyz+
• Consulting our clients in our focus areas of AI, Daily Banking (Neo-Wealth) & Crypto
• Conducting AI and Crypto training sessions
• Analysis of business processes, identification of optimization potentials, and development of solution concepts
• Conception of customer applications, planning and execution of projects
• Close collaboration with our clients and internal teams to successfully shape internal and external projects
• Active co-creation of internal solutions such as finwyz+ and best practices for continuous improvement of our consulting services

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Desire to develop both the client's business and our own company in a small boutique consultancy
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a startup, with a product provider, or at an agency
• Experience in agile projects, certifications are desirable
• Knowledge of digital trends and technologies in the financial sector - AI, Neo-Wealth, or Crypto
• Strong technical background, technical understanding
• Experience in developing digital strategies and implementing digital projects
• High results orientation and commitment to performance
• Completed studies in economics, business informatics, finance, or a comparable qualification
• Well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving competence
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High willingness to learn and desire for further development
• Team player, ability to work independently, and high customer orientation
• Very good German (min. C1 level) and good English skills, both written and spoken
