⚖️ Excellent Opportunity with a Reputed Law Firm Positions: Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate (or equivalent) Practice Area: Banking & Finance Location: Mumbai / Delhi Experience: 2–10 years (Law firm background) What you’ll do Work on complex banking & finance transactions and client advisory Support regulatory aspects (SEBI/RBI/etc. exposure is a plus) Bring strong technical drafting/negotiation skills Collaborate as a team player and help build the B&F practice What you’ll bring: Strong academic record, preferably LL.B. or equivalent Professional experience in Banking & Finance Law, with a focus on transactions and advisory work Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., SEBI, RBI) Willingness to learn and adapt to new developments in the field What we offer: Competitive salary package Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Access to cutting-edge resources and training
