Banking Consultant - Consumer

We're looking for passionate Banking Consultants to join our energetic Auckland based team. Is this your next role? You’ll deliver exceptional service to prospective motor vehicle lending customers across New Zealand, guiding them through their loan application and answer any questions along the way. Each day you will: Engage with customers, answering questions around motor or insurance Assist customers in making informed borrowing decisions. Accurately complete all required compliance checks and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring that all relevant information is captured correctly. This role requires a strong understanding of the consumer lending market, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
