Corporate Client Banker

Location: Bielsko-Biała

Your responsibilities

• building and developing relationships with corporate clients (sales revenue from PLN 60-500 million),
• actively and independently acquiring new clients,
• developing business within the managed portfolio,
• creating transaction structures and building tailor-made solutions for corporate clients,
• cooperating with product specialists and credit partners to develop new business,
• responsibility for the quality and security of the managed portfolio,
• conducting commercial negotiations and representing the bank in contacts with the management of enterprises,
• identifying market trends and initiating activities to support the Bank's business development,
• building the Bank's position in the local market through active participation in the business environment.

Our requirements

• you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in servicing corporate clients in banking,
• you have experience in independently acquiring new clients and developing business relationships,
• you have a very good knowledge of the local enterprise market and the specifics of corporate clients,
• you understand the needs of entrepreneurs and can propose solutions that support the development of their business,
• you have practical knowledge of banking products for corporate clients,
• you can conduct a preliminary financial analysis of an enterprise and assess its business potential,
• you build relationships based on trust and professionalism,
• you are an independent, entrepreneurial person and consistently achieve set goals,
• you effectively organize your work and thrive in a dynamic business environment,
• you are focused on cooperation and finding win-win solutions for the client and the bank,
• you have energy, optimism, and motivation to achieve above-average results.

Nice to have

• knowledge of the English language enabling fluent business communication,
• experience in conducting more complex credit and transactional processes.

How is onboarding and development structured?

• We won't throw you in the deep end. We have planned onboarding that will include an introduction to the organization, your business unit, and tasks. You will be accompanied by a Buddy during the initial period of work, who will show you our organizational culture and answer all your questions.
