Banquet Cook

In the SIX staff restaurant, fresh and seasonal dishes are offered daily. Our guests can eat from a large selection throughout the day. To complement our team, we are looking for a service- and front-oriented personality who enjoys their profession.

Important notes: Working days from Monday to Friday.

• Preparation and production of dishes for banquets and events in high quality and large quantities
• Organization of the Mise en Place as well as planning of work processes in the team depending on the size of the event
• Close coordination with kitchen management as well as cooperation with service and event management
• Arrangement and serving of dishes according to specifications
• Co-creation of menus and consideration of special requests and special diets
• Adherence to GMZ quality standards as well as HACCP hygiene guidelines, including goods control and inventory management
