We are working high above Lucerne at a location with history, broad perspective, and ambition. The Château Gütsch combines historical substance with modern operation and creates the framework for special stays and events. 37 rooms & suites, 2 F&B outlets, and our well-known ballroom. This is driven by people who take responsibility, live quality, and are hosts out of conviction. Employment type: Full-time Planning, organization, and implementation of banquet and event occasions From conception to execution, we rely on your expertise in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your tasks will include: • Developing concepts and proposals for events and banquets • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners • Ensuring the smooth execution of events and banquets • Monitoring and controlling budgets and costs • Maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of event planning and execution • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
