Fidelis Healthcare is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional person-centred care and supporting individuals to live safely, comfortably and independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and support to service users
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Supporting mobility and promoting independence
• Monitoring and recording changes in health and wellbeing
• Maintaining accurate care notes and documentation
• Working collaboratively with nurses, carers, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring dignity, respect, and professionalism at all times

• Previous care experience
• A caring, patient and empathetic approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and a genuine desire to help others
