Key Responsibilities: Prepare the treatment area and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile. Administer chemotherapy treatments to patients, ensuring accurate dosing and monitoring of patients' responses. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care.
