Barista

For an enterprise operating in the food service sector, we are looking for a barista. Position The resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Preparation and service of coffee, cappuccinos, and other hot/cold beverages; - Service at the counter for breakfasts, aperitifs, and snacks; - Preparation of simple cocktails base; - Management of orders and cash with cash register or POS; - Cleaning and reorganization of the bar and equipment according to HACCP sanitary standards; - Customer welcome with courtesy and professionalism; - Restocking and organization of the bar and warehouse. Requirements - Previous experience in a similar role (bar, coffee shops, hotels, fast food); - Good knowledge of espresso machine use and main coffee techniques; - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; - Speed, precision, and predisposition to work as part of a team; - Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays; - Basic knowledge of HACCP standards.
