In Job S.p.A. - Career Center of Reggio Emilia selects Deli Counter Assistant Gastronomy for an important and structured reality operating in the Large-Scale Retail Trade sector. Tasks - Customer service, listening to requests, weighing and packaging of products (fresh and very fresh) - Setting up and stocking served and self-service counters, ensuring the correct display layout - Cutting, portioning, and primary preparation of raw materials - Cleaning, sanitizing, and tidying up counters, work equipment, and cold rooms in compliance with strict hygiene and sanitary regulations - Checking expiry dates (shelf-life), quality of goods on display, and correct application of HACCP procedures. Requirements - Previous experience, even if brief, in assisted counter sales (preferably in the gastronomy/dairy departments) - Excellent manual dexterity in using cutting tools (knives, slicers) and weighing scales - Strong customer orientation, aptitude for interpersonal relationships and teamwork - In possession of a valid HACCP certificate (or willingness to obtain one) - Flexibility and punctuality.
