Staff S.p.A. Agency for Labour, Rome Centre Branch, is seeking new collaborators for a client operating in the food service sector who have curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to be part of a young and dynamic reality. According to Japanese rules, the candidate will be responsible for the entire cycle of sushi preparation: - washing and cooking rice; - cutting fish, vegetables, and other raw materials into small pieces; - packaging the product in containers and displaying it in the showcase; - receiving and storing merchandise; - keeping the work environment clean, tidy, and sanitized; - compiling daily work reports. The type of candidate we are looking for: - Previous experience of at least one year in the food service sector/ hot/cold table/food production is required; - Possession of an HACCP certificate is welcome; - Empathy and ability to build relationships with customers are important ingredients for success; - Availability to work on public holidays; - Immediate availability. Other useful information: - Place of work: VIGNATE - Working hours: P.T. 30H - Shifts will be scheduled in the time frame from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, with one day off during the week; What we offer: - Initial contract for temporary work; - Renewals aimed at integration; - Remuneration according to CCNL PUBBLICI ESERCIZI LIV. 5; - Completion of safety and HACCP courses.
