CASEIFICIO ASSISTANT

Etjca S.p.a. Etjca Spa, Milan branch, is seeking a caseificio assistant for a specialized food store selling dairy products. The resource will be responsible for managing the counter and all related activities: - Preparation of products from the counter, observing HACCP procedures for their correct conservation; - Supply and setting up of the Sales Counter according to company directives - Daily management of products (packaging, cutting, using a slicer, monitoring expiration dates and applying procedures for correct conservation according to food and dairy product regulations) - Cleaning of the counter and work equipment; - Sales and customer assistance; - Cash handling. Required qualifications: - Previous experience in the same role for at least 1 year; - Immediate availability; - Availability to work on daytime shifts, morning and afternoon (mandatory); - Good predisposition to sales and public contact; - Excellent team working skills. Offered: initial contract of 15 days in supply + extensions, aimed at direct hiring; Level of classification: IV CCNL Terziario Commercio; Working hours: 35 weekly hours or full-time 40 hours. From Monday to Saturday on distributed shifts between 09:00 and 20:00; Place of work: Milan area Lodi or Washington area.
