About the area and the vacancy We are receiving candidates (…) for the position of Full Analyst of Customer Success | Commercial, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business Administration or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. He/She must be able to analyze data and make informed decisions, as well as communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. The selected candidate will work closely with the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop action plans to achieve these goals. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention; • Analyzing data to make informed decisions about customer engagement and retention; • Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders; • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to identify opportunities for growth and improvement; • Developing action plans to achieve these goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
