We are looking for professionals to join our Wealth Management team.

About the area

The Wealth Management team is responsible for managing administered portfolios of clients, consolidating information from different banks and managers to support asset allocation decisions.

What you will do

• Support daily tasks in managing administered portfolios;
• FOLLOW UP ON MOVEMENTS, BALANCES, AND EXTRACT PERFORMANCE REPORTS;
• SUPPORT PROCESS OF INVESTMENT PORTABILITY, OPENING OF ON-SHORE/OFF-SHORE ACCOUNTS, AND REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWALS;
• ASSIST IN PREPARATION OF ANALYSIS MATERIALS AND CONSOLIDATION OF FINANCIAL INFORMATION;
• Maintain communication with institutional stakeholders and clients when necessary;
• PARTICIPATE IN PROJECTS TO IMPROVE PROCESSES, AUTOMATION, AND COMPLEX ANALYSES;
• SUPPORT THE TEAM IN IMPLEMENTING STRATEGIC DECISIONS ON ASSET ALLOCATION.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress (Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields);

• GOOD ANALYTICAL ABILITY AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL;
• GOOD WRITING SKILLS;
• ORGANIZATION, PLANNING, AND DISCIPLINE TO HANDLE MULTIPLE DEMANDS;
• CLEAR AND ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION, WITH A WILLINGNESS TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS AND INTERNAL AREAS;
• INTEREST IN FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND ANALYSIS;
• INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL.

Differentials

• PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL OPERATIONS OR SUPPORT TO INVESTMENTS;
• ADVANCED EXCEL, POWER BI, OR OTHER ANALYSIS TOOLS;
• INTERMEDIATE ENGLISH.
