We will place you in the management closest to your home

• Home collection management on route
• Achievement of established goals
• Data analysis for process improvement
• Customer service and negotiation for payment management

• Must be able to ride a manual motorcycle ️
• Minimum education: High school dropout or completed (secondary school depending on experience)
• Experience in collections or similar positions
• Good credit history (credit bureau is verified)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Must not have previously worked at Grupo Salinas

• Weekly base salary starting at $2,500 and additional commissions
• Weekly gasoline allowance ($200)
• Motorcycle/scooter, uniform, and safety equipment
