YOUR ROLE: As a Banca Advisor - OCBC, your role will be to provide expert advice and guidance to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals through innovative financial solutions. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and desires, and then use your knowledge of our products and services to recommend the best solution for them. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide expert advice and guidance to our customers on our range of financial products and services. * Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and desires, and then use your knowledge of our products and services to recommend the best solution for them. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our financial solutions and services. YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, business, economics). * At least 2 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry. * Strong understanding of financial products and services, including savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, mortgages, and investment products. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
