The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of hospital workflows, clinical protocols, and health insurance documentation. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations within the hospital. * Provide medical care to both inpatient and outpatient departments. * Manage and coordinate Ayushman Bharat and TPA-related activities, including documentation and claim processing. * Ensure compliance with hospital policies and medical regulations. * Supervise and train junior medical staff and interns. * Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. * Participate in medical audits and quality improvement programs. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate medical interventions. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the hospital administration. Qualifications: * Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution. * Valid registration with the relevant medical council. * Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital environment. * Strong knowledge of medical protocols and procedures. * Familiarity with Ayushman Bharat and TPA guidelines and procedures. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficiency in computer skills and basic knowledge of healthcare software. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
