Your responsibilities

• Receive and respond to patient inquiries at the reception desk and by phone
• Schedule and manage the agendas of healthcare providers
• Efficiently and patient-centered plan appointments according to guidelines and protocols
• Answer patient questions and contribute to finding solutions
• Process and control patient data and administrative tasks
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional first impression of the practice
• Actively work towards high patient satisfaction

About the work environment

You will be working in a modern, small-scale dental practice with 4 treatment rooms. In this practice area of cosmetic dentistry and implantology is offered. For other specialties, patients can be referred to other collaborating practices, allowing them to count on a broad range of care.
The team consists of dentists, an oral hygienist, (para) preventive assistants, a dental assistant, a reception worker, and a practice manager. There is a tight, informal, and collegiate atmosphere where colleagues help each other out. You will therefore end up in a warm and caring team.
The practice is located about 15 minutes away from the A4 highway, and there is sufficient parking available. When you want to work more hours, you can expand your workweek with days at the practice.

We are looking for a Dental Care Worker with

• Work experience as a dental care worker in dentistry
• A completed MBO education
• Good command of the Dutch language
• A welcoming and service-oriented attitude
• A representative and professional appearance
• The ability to work both independently and in team settings
• The willingness to request a Declaration About Conduct (VOG)
