Bakery Specialist - Industry

Description of the vacancy

Among the main responsibilities of the position are:

• Troubleshooting technical problems with clients
• Providing complete support and recommendations to client production
• Identifying and correcting quality issues affecting our products in clients, whether due to inadequate use or low performance, evaluating all production stages meticulously
• Performing comparative tests between the reported product and a standard sample within specifications determined by the company
• Demonstrating deep knowledge of the bakery market
• Demonstrating and training on products
• Identifying opportunities for business development
• Supporting the development of new products through generating ideas based on client feedback and working with R&D to cultivate and prioritize projects through the pipeline
• Suggesting new applications and products

In addition:

• To be a reference for Lesaffre to clients in bakery applications and processes
• Performing product demonstrations at client sites, highlighting technical characteristics of the product and value proposition
• Ppreparing technical materials for seminars and events and generating technical content
• Promoting training and workshops with industrial clients through practical and theoretical on-site training or events
