Bakery Manager

Our client is a prominent private company that owns a number of established outlets in the Western Cape. They are expanding and have a need for enthusiastic people to support this growth, which includes a Bakery Manager. It is the responsibility of the Bakery Manager to create and maintain a fully functioning, profitable Bakery Department. Promote excellent customer service and full management of all Bakery staff members. Responsibilities: Stock management Cold chain management Signage and pricing management. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
