Your Role As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread products, including but not limited to, baguettes, ciabatta, and sourdough. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service. Your Day Will Be Filled With: • Preparing and baking bread products, including mixing, kneading, and proofing dough • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety guidelines • Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and making recommendations • Working as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge • Opportunities for Advancement: As a Baker, you will have opportunities to advance your career and take on new challenges.
