Responsibilities: • To prepare and bake bread and pastries in accordance with the company's recipes and quality standards; • To ensure the proper storage, handling and presentation of products; • To maintain a clean and organized workspace; • To participate in the development of new products and recipes; • To collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in baking or related field; • Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial bakery; • Knowledge of traditional baking techniques and modern technologies; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines; • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
