Your Role As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking bread products, including but not limited to: • Preparing ingredients and mixing dough• Baking bread products in our ovens• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace• Working effectively with your team to meet production goals• Providing excellent customer service to our customers. Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand for long periods of time• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
