Weedenswil is an attractive city on the left shore of Lake Zurich with approximately 25'600 inhabitants. In the municipal administration, around 350 employees work daily to provide comprehensive services for the population.

The Bäder department belongs to the Department of Society and is responsible for the management and operation of the indoor pool as well as the outdoor pools - Rietliau Beach and Brettlibad Beach - during the bathing season from May 1st to September 30th. For our beach facilities, we are looking for a Badmeisterin/Badmeister, 40% to 100% (seasonal position) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your areas of responsibility include

• Responsibility for a flawless pool operation
• Maintenance, care, and cleaning of the entire infrastructure of the beach/pool
• Guaranteeing safety and hygiene
• Friendly and competent guest service
• Auxiliary work in the indoor pool as needed

What you bring

• A completed training as a lifeguard
• (SLRG Brevet/Pool Pro and Module See or IGBA/Pro and Module See)
• Ideal would be a vocational training in the field of craftsmanship or technology
• Flexibility regarding irregular working hours (evening and weekend shifts)
• Outstanding teamwork skills
• A service-oriented personality with good communication skills and enjoyment of contact with our beach guests
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
