As Housekeeping Supervisor (m/w/d) with cleaning activities, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel's rooms and public areas are always clean and tidy. This includes supervising a team of housekeepers, coordinating the cleaning schedule, and implementing quality control measures to ensure high standards are met. Requirements: * 3 years of experience in a similar role or as a team leader; * Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate staff; * Strong organizational and time management skills; * Ability to work independently and make decisions; * Good communication skills in German and English; * Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
