Mission

As a Back Officer, you're an essential link in our Treasury department. Your mission is to ensure correct and efficient processing of supplier payments, P2P processes, and identifying and reporting deviations. You contribute to optimizing our processes and work closely with various departments to guarantee a smooth financial operation.

Duties

• Payment Processing:
  • Daily prepare and process documents for supplier payments and P2P processes.
  • Maintain contact with suppliers in Dutch and French regarding financing products to facilitate payments.
• Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze and report on differences between planned and actual payments, and identify the causes thereof.
  • Support forecasting activities (Language: English).
• Process Optimization:
  • Identify improvement points in existing processes and actively contribute to implementing new, more efficient working methods.
  • Work together with other departments in a dynamic environment to streamline and align processes.

Profile

• Education and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a financial function.
  • Studies in Finance and Economics is a plus.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, banking processes, and Excel.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
  • Familiar with risk management
