For an innovative software provider within the food industry, we are looking for a Backoffice Specialist who makes a difference in daily operations and contributes to improving our internal processes. As a Backoffice Specialist, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Maintaining and improving our internal processes and systems • Analyzing and optimizing our business processes • Developing and implementing new processes and systems • Collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new systems • Providing support to the production team to ensure smooth operations • Identifying and implementing process improvements • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports • Providing excellent customer service • Working closely with the management team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
