Job Description

• Execute and ensure the smoothness of the Order to Cash process, from order to delivery, focusing on quality, deadlines, and operational excellence.
• Ensure that orders meet area KPIs, and when they do not, analyze and identify the reasons why, seeking a definitive solution for automated and correct orders without manual changes or errors.
• Manage your customer portfolio with a sense of ownership, anticipating risks and ensuring smooth deliveries.
• Fully track the order from start to finish: shipment, invoice, transportation until delivery, ensuring a frictionless experience for the client.
• Act as a facilitator between internal areas (post-sales, logistics, commercial) and clients, anticipating problems and proposing solutions.
• Manage credit notes, requesting missing documents or information in an assertive and resolute manner.
• Analyze, treat, and monitor returns - QMs (Quality Notifications) with a sense of priority and critical vision, ensuring they align with the directive and seeking alternatives when possible to reverse, always with clarity and empathy.
• Analyze, treat, and monitor C4C tickets, ensuring the client receives treatment, resolution, and return within the correct timeframe. Follow up with responsible areas until the problem is resolved. Support the post-sales team, contributing a systemic view and execution capacity.
• Respond quickly and empathetically to calls via internal and external channels (sales, SAC, etc.).
• Continuously seek improvements in processes, with a critical eye and practical suggestions for optimization.
